Why have I been sent here to buy Erotic Products?

As part of Crunchyroll’s acquisition of Right Stuf, they are no longer going to be offering products in the Erotica genre. We have taken on this portion of their business and will carry the full line of mature content anime, manga, figures, and merchandise!

Who are you people? Why should I shop here?

TThe owners of our firm have worked with Right Stuf’s team for many years, and when we had the chance to take on this product line, we jumped at the opportunity! We’re excited to earn your business and give you the same quality service that you are accustomed to. While it might be a bit bumpy at first as we get everything settled, please know that our primary focus is to exceed your expectations. I had an open order on Right Stuf? What happens with it?

All of Right Stuf’s unshipped open orders and preorders for erotica genre products will be transferred to us here at the EroAnimeStore, and we will be responsible for their shipment to you.

  • If your open order or preorder was for erotic content only, your order will be transferred in whole to EroAnimeStore.
  • If your order was a mix of erotic content and non-erotic content, the non-erotic content will be fulfilled by RightStufAnime, and the erotic content will be fulfilled by us. This means your order will ship from multiple warehouses and you will receive tracking information from both parties. You will not be charged for any additional shipping.

We are in the process of getting all of these orders transferred, and it may take a small amount of time to confirm the order details. We appreciate your patience as we complete this transition. Making sure we get this right is the highest priority!

How do I get to my account?

For Right Stuf customers with a mature content open order at the time of this transition, we will obtain your name, contact information and order details to fulfill your orders. Once we have that completed, you’ll be able to use password recovery to get access to your account. For Right Stuf customers without a mature content open order at the time of this transition, you will need to create a new account with us. We look forward to helping you!

Why do you need me to provide my credit card number for my open order? I already gave it to Right Stuf!

As Right Stuf stored your credit card in an encrypted manner, they cannot provide your credit card information directly to us. (This is a good thing!) When your order is imported, we will reach out to you to reconfirm your payment information to update your order for future shipment. Your order is guaranteed as long as you link your card to the order – you won’t lose your place in line or your preorder reservation. You’ll be able to handle all of this within your account.

I prepaid for my order using Paypal or Sezzle. What happens now?

If you paid by Paypal or Sezzle, your prepayment is also being transferred to us here at EroAnimeStore, and no further action is required of you, other than to wait for your purchase to be shipped!

Will my Route coverage still apply if I paid for it at RightStufAnime?

Yes. If you had Route on your order, we will work with Route to maintain your coverage if you encounter any problems with your shipment.

How long will it take you to fulfill my Right Stuf order?

Preorders will continue to be filled when the products become available. Right Stuf is in the process of moving all of the Erotic genre inventory to our warehouse. We’ll then receive in the product and start order fulfillment. We figure it will take a couple of weeks. If you paid by credit card, we’ll notify you to log in and update your card information, and then we can get product on the way to you! We are also in the process of working with Right Stuf to transfer over vendor accounts and their open Purchase Orders for all of the erotica products. It’s a big task, but we’re hoping to make it as seamless as possible for you.

Will the prices on my order change?

No, all of the orders will be transferred and imported exactly the same. No changes for you!

I ordered a figure and I’m worried I will lose my preorder!

We know that this is a very valid concern, as figures often only get one manufacturing run. Right Stuf is transferring their open Purchase Orders for these figures to us, so there should be no interruption in service. If you placed your figure order with RightStufAnime, it will be moved to EroAnimeStore and you will be guaranteed to receive it as long as you update your payment information if the order wasn’t prepaid.

I don’t want my order now. How do I cancel it? Or maybe I just want to modify my order?

Once we have all orders imported, if you wish to cancel any order, please just contact our customer service at customerservice@buyanime.com and we will be happy to assist you. Please note it may take a short time to get your order imported, so we would ask you to wait for that before we can handle order changes or cancellations.

Will anything change on my open order?

We will contact you if there are any issues with your order. Nothing will change, the order will be transferred exactly as it was entered when you placed it at the same price and same value. As mentioned above, if you have non-Erotica items on your order, Right Stuf will still fill those items.

Where will my order end up coming from?

EroAnimeStore is located in Las Vegas, Nevada. From here, we can ship to you anywhere in the world!

Will I be charged a different shipping rate now that Right Stuf Anime is not fulfilling my order?

Existing orders will be transferred exactly as they were placed and there will be no changes to any shipping costs. When you place an order with us, shipping rates will be shown at checkout.

What if I need to change my shipping address?

Please contact our customer service at customerservice@buyanime.com for changes to your order and we will be happy to get this updated for you.

What if I need to return or exchange my erotica item?

Customer service can help with this too. We will need to get from you details on the item you are returning and proof of original purchase if you bought the item previously from RightStufAnime. We will honor the same return policy times and refund options as they offered for returns.

Will the Critical Mass items still be offered?

We will assume ownership of the Critical Mass Video label and will continue to offer these and new products going forward! Watch for continued releases in the future.

When will the store be up and running?

We’re doing some tweaking and final testing, and should be ready to serve you here within a couple of weeks. We’ll definitely keep you updated! We apologize for this short interruption in service.
